*this is not a psychotherapy program or service.  The act of psychotherapy is a regulated profession and differs significantly from the work we will do together.  Sessions are an excellent addition to psychotherapy, as the skills and strategies we learn together can support a deeper sense of ‘anchor’ with difficult feelings.
