Chris will guide you lovingly to a place of safe presence and attention. You can use this guided meditation/relaxation to wake up to what's here or fall deeply asleep to receive the rest you need. This is a short practice in recognition that finding the time to slow down is difficult; and building the tolerance to stillness starts with small, incremental steps.
